We're looking for a Director, SSP Partnerships to join our growing global Marketplace team, based in our London office. This is a dual-remit role spanning both our SSP Demand Partners — the programmatic platforms and DSPs that buy through our supply (such as Magnite and Microsoft Monetise) — and our bilateral SSP Supply Partners, with whom we trade on both sides of the marketplace (such as PubMatic, Verve, and TripleLift). Customer obsession is at the heart of everything we do, and this role is central to delivering that.
As our Director, SSP Partnerships, you will be:
- Managing a dual portfolio of SSP Demand Partners and bilateral SSP Supply Partners; owning all partner communication, reporting and topline troubleshooting with a customer-first mindset.
- Putting partners at the centre of every decision; proactively identifying growth opportunities and developing solutions that help them achieve their goals on both the demand and supply side.
- Building deep, trusted relationships across SSP Demand Partners (e.g. Magnite, Microsoft Monetise) and bilateral SSP Supply Partners (e.g. PubMatic, Verve, TripleLift), driving revenue growth through strategic and tactical partner management.
- Confidently presenting and collating data for QBR and business review sessions with key demand and supply partners, translating complex data into clear partner narratives.
- Acting as the voice of the partner internally; liaising with technical, product and operations teams to resolve complex queries and ensure we always deliver an exceptional partner experience.
- Working closely with our technical team to onboard and integrate new partners, ensuring a smooth and best‐in‐class partner experience from day one.
- Managing and mentoring a team of two Senior Account Managers, setting clear objectives, supporting their development, and fostering a culture of partner obsession and high performance.
You'll have:
- Solid experience in an account management and/or partnerships role within AdTech, ideally with exposure to both SSP demand (DSPs, trading desks, programmatic buyers) and SSP supply (publishers, app developers, or bilateral trading relationships).
- Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape, including how SSPs, DSPs and bilateral partnerships interact — and a genuine passion for delivering value to partners.
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to interpret and collate large pools of data.
- Confidence in communicating and presenting.
- The ability to work autonomously and to think strategically.
- Experience of growing accounts and relationships.
- People management experience, with the ability to lead, coach and develop a small team in a fast-paced commercial environment.
What we can offer:
- Bonus
- Hybrid working; meaning you'll spend 3 days a week in our London office.
- Self‐Managed Holiday policy (no cap on annual leave!).
- 1 month work‐from‐anywhere.
- Private medical insurance.
- Pension scheme.
- Enhanced parental leave.
- LoopMe Gives Back Day.
- We'll set you up for success, providing training and career development.
