We’re looking for a Director, Product Manager, SDK to join our growing Product team, based in London. You will own the product strategy and execution for the Chartboost SDK, one of the most widely integrated mobile ad SDKs in the industry. You will work closely with Engineering, Publisher Business, and Commercial teams to help mobile app developers build sustainable businesses through best-in‑class in‑app advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
- Owning the product roadmap for the Chartboost SDK, including Monetization and publisher‑facing platform features, ensuring timely and high‑quality releases on iOS and Android.
- Defining, prioritising, and delivering product features based on publisher needs, business requirements, and market opportunities – with a bias for action and clear measurable outcomes.
- Leading SDK versioning strategy across iOS and Android, coordinating developer‑facing releases and managing the external developer experience end‑to‑end.
- Driving the product vision and roadmap for publisher products including Monetization Platform, Creative Rendering technologies, and Admin Tools.
- Partnering closely with Publisher Engineering teams to translate product vision into well‑scoped requirements, manage trade‑offs, and unblock delivery.
- Working with customers and business partners to deeply understand publisher pain points, business goals, and integration needs – and translating those insights into product decisions.
- Collaborating with Sales, Business Intelligence, and Account Strategy teams to develop and improve external tools and publisher‑facing products.
- Identifying new opportunities to differentiate the Chartboost SDK and platform – staying close to the competitive landscape across mediation, bidding, and in‑app monetisation.
- Analysing business health metrics and SDK performance data to make informed prioritisation decisions and track the impact of shipped features.
- Contributing to the processes and culture of the product organisation at Chartboost, including documentation, learning materials, and knowledge sharing for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of strong product management experience, ideally in mobile ad tech, in‑app publishing, or SDK product development.
- Practical experience building and shipping mobile products and services to market, with a track record of solving real customer problems.
- A solid understanding of the mobile ad tech ecosystem – including app monetisation, in‑app bidding, ad networks, SDKs, SSPs, and DSPs.
- Hands‑on familiarity with distributed mobile SDK development across iOS and Android, including versioning, integration patterns, and developer experience.
- Experience with publisher monetisation products – mediation dashboards, waterfall and bidding configurations, network integrations, or similar.
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills, with a bias for action and the ability to navigate ambiguity and make trade‑offs confidently.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills – able to work effectively with Publisher Engineering, Business, Design, PMM, and Support teams.
- Proactive communication style; able to challenge and debate appropriately while maintaining a team‑first mentality and customer empathy.
- A working knowledge of agile practices and comfort contributing to roadmap, OKR, and prioritisation frameworks alongside engineering leads.
- Experience working with Agentic technologies like ChatGPT’s Codex or Anthropic’s Claude Code.
