Loop's Go-To-Market organization is the engine that connects our product to the world. Our Sales team drives new business and revenue. Our Merchant Success team ensures brands get transformational value from the Loop partnership. And our Partnerships team builds the ecosystem of agency, logistics, and technology partners that extend Loop's reach. Across every one of these functions, one thing stays constant: a deep belief that making merchants successful is how Loop wins.
We're always building our GTM bench. Whether you're a seller who loves the hunt, a relationship-builder who thrives in post-sale, a partnerships pro with a deep network in the ecommerce ecosystem, or a marketer who moves fast and thinks big — we want to hear from you. This isn't for a specific open role; it's an invitation to connect with our recruiting team so we can match you to the right opportunity when the time comes.
What You'll Do:
- Get close to the ecommerce ecosystem. Learn how merchants think, what they need, and where Loop can make the biggest difference for their business.
- Build and grow relationships that matter, whether that's with prospects in a sales cycle, merchants navigating their renewal, partners building joint GTM strategies, or the broader market you're helping to influence.
- Be the voice of the market and the merchant. Proactively share insights with Product, Marketing, Leadership, and the GTM team so Loop stays sharp and responsive to what's actually happening out there.
- Own your outcomes, whether that's a revenue quota, a pipeline target, a retention goal, or a campaign metric. Bring the creativity and hustle to hit and exceed them.
- Collaborate across the GTM org and beyond, knowing how to pull in the right people at the right time to close deals, grow accounts, launch initiatives, and drive results.
- Use data and the latest tools, AI included, to work smarter, find leverage, and continuously improve how you operate.
Your Experience:
- You have experience in one or more GTM functions in a B2B SaaS environment: Sales (Account Executive & Account Manager), Customer (Merchant) Success, or Partnerships.
- You've worked at a startup (or a few) and know what it means to own your outcomes without a fully paved road in front of you.
- You thrive when things are moving fast and ambiguity is part of the deal. If you have experience in ecommerce, the Shopify ecosystem, or the post-purchase space — that's a major differentiator for us.
- You're a strong communicator. You're engaging, candid, and can adapt your style to any audience, from a merchant's CX team to a C-suite executive.
- You've built relationships internally and externally that stick. You quickly become one of the people your customers, partners, and colleagues most want to work with.
- You're comfortable with data and tools. You use insights to drive decisions and are already experimenting with AI to improve how you work.
- You have a results-driven mindset and can speak concretely to goals you've hit, deals you've closed, accounts you've grown, or campaigns you've launched.
- You've worked cross-functionally and have examples of how collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, or Customer (Merchant) Success led to better outcomes.
- You operate with intensity and high standards, and bring the same level of care to the people around you. You push hard and treat others well at the same time.
- You have examples of living Loop's core values: Be a Human First, Courage Over Comfort, Own the Outcome, and Make Merchants Successful.
