We’re partnered with a leading insurance brand undergoing a major technology, data & business transformation across the UK and global markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a brand new and growing Change function in Manchester. The business is investing heavily across Technology, Data & AI, with 20+ transformation initiatives currently underway spanning underwriting platforms, global business change, finance systems, and operational modernisation.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with Technology, Data and Business teams to help shape and deliver complex change initiatives from discovery through to implementation. This role is ideal for somebody who enjoys working in fast-moving environments, engaging senior stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements, mapping processes and helping drive meaningful business change across multiple programmes. You’ll be joining early in the journey, giving you the chance to genuinely influence how the team, delivery model and change capability evolve over the next few years.

Key experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst across Technology / Business Change initiatives
  • Insurance or Financial Services background
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across business & technical teams
  • Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
  • Process mapping and improving business workflows
  • Comfortable working across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Collaborative, transparent and delivery-focused mindset
  • Ability to influence teams and support positive change
