We’re currently partnering with a leading insurance business on a high-profile operational change programme. They’re looking to bring in 2 x experienced Project Managers to support a number of critical business and operational initiatives across the organisation. This is a fast-moving, operationally focused environment where strong stakeholder management, planning and delivery skills are key. Ideal for someone who enjoys high-impact programmes with lots of moving parts and visibility across the business.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with operational, product and technology teams to help shape and deliver key programmes across the business, ensuring delivery stays on track in a complex, high-volume environment. This role would suit a hands-on PM who is comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams and operating at pace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading delivery across key operational and change initiatives
- Managing RAID logs, reporting, governance and programme tracking
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across Ops, Product and IT Delivery
- Supporting sprint planning, releases and operational readiness activity
- Helping shape scalable delivery frameworks and operational processes
- Working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Driving actions, mitigating risks and keeping programmes moving forward

- Excellent reporting, tracking and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working across Product, Scrum and delivery functions
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-stakes programmes
