With an ambitious 3-year expansion plan in place, they are looking for a Principal Consultant with a background in the financial services sector, ideally suited for seasoned Programme Managers / Senior Project Managers and Senior Business Analysts ready to take the next step in their careers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage projects or programs, coordinating complex delivery for diverse clients.
- Collaborate effectively using agile methodologies to enhance synergy between technology and business teams.
- Design and implement Scrum practices, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence for streamlined project management.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bring expertise in Financial Services, with a focus on areas such as Wealth Management, Investments, Asset Management, or Insurance.
- Foster collaboration and consensus among stakeholders, even in challenging environments.
- Utilize both traditional and agile methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Translate your understanding of business and technology landscapes into innovative solutions for clients.
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and address cross-functional dependencies effectively.
