You’ll play a central role in shaping the infrastructure that enables product teams to ship safely, quickly, and at scale. We’re looking for experienced Platform Engineers who thrive on building robust, scalable systems and enabling engineering teams to move fast with confidence. This is a hands-on role focused on cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and reliability. You’ll work closely with product engineers to design and operate platforms that are secure by default and built for scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and operating cloud-native infrastructure across AWS (Azure/GCP experience also considered)
- Building and maintaining containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implementing Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform or similar)
- Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines to enable safe, frequent delivery
- Automating manual processes to reduce operational toil
- Improving reliability, observability, and resilience of distributed systems
- Collaborating closely with product engineering teams to provide robust platform capabilities
- Contributing to a high-performance, knowledge-sharing engineering culture
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in Platform, Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles
- Strong hands-on cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- Solid Linux foundations and systems-level problem-solving ability
- Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container architectures
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar)
- Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Track record of scaling systems and improving operational efficiency through automation
- Pragmatic decision-maker with strong ownership mentality
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across engineering teams
