Our client is an ambitious scale‑up consultancy hiring a Lead Web Analyst as they enter a fast growth phase. They deliver real‑time, commercial analytics for clients via a small, agile, customer‑first team - think outcomes over agency bureaucracy.
What you’ll do:
- Own client engagements end‑to‑end: scoping, delivery, presenting insights and building strong client relationships.
- Lead and line manage a small analytics team (min. 2 Analysts), providing coaching, QA and career development.
- Design and implement GA4 + Google Tag Manager solutions and measurement strategies.
- Deliver AI proof‑of‑concepts and help operationalise AI/ML insights into analytics workflows.
- Build dashboards, run analysis and translate data into clear, commercial recommendations.
- Proactively identify cross‑sell opportunities and work with the commercial team to broaden client engagements (additional products/services).
About you:
- Passionate data advocate who enjoys empowering businesses with insight.
- Strong GA4 & GTM implementation experience — commercial project delivery preferred.
- Proven people management experience (line managing at least 2 analysts or equivalent).
- Experience with AI POCs or integrating AI into analytics workflows is a strong plus.
- Confident presenter — can deliver client workshops and influence stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset — comfortable spotting and supporting cross‑sell opportunities.
