You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider team, taking ownership of diverse marketing channels and seeing a real impact on our success. From managing dynamic paid social campaigns across major platforms to cultivating robust affiliate partnerships and optimising our website for maximum impact, you’ll enhance every touchpoint of our customer’s journey. What You’ll Be Driving:
  • Paid Social: Setup, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads, focusing on ROI (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Affiliate Marketing: Manage and scale affiliate partnerships (e.g., LTK, ShopMy), tracking performance and identifying top performers.
  • SEO & Content Optimisation: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO, and optimise product descriptions for organic visibility.
  • Website & Conversion: Analyse user behaviour with GA4 and Shopify, optimise the customer journey, and provide data-led insights for improved performance.
  • Creative Collaboration: Brief and collaborate on creative assets that drive awareness and engagement.
