Our HealthTech client is building a cohesive, high-performing in-house engineering team to power their growing technology suite — from web applications and data analytics platforms to AI tools and internal systems. They’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who enjoys working across the stack, building impactful solutions, and contributing to products that genuinely make a difference to people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with engineers and product leads to build reliable, user-friendly web applications
- Develop and maintain APIs and services using Python (Flask or similar frameworks)
- Build and enhance modern front-end interfaces using JavaScript and React
- Implement best practices for modular architecture, reusable code, and streamlined deployments
- Contribute to front-end consistency and tech stack standardisation
- Support AI, data processing, and user-facing integrations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Experience with Flask (or similar server-side frameworks)
- Solid React (or equivalent modern JS library) skills
- Comfortable with REST APIs, MongoDB, and cloud deployment
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerisation, and scalable systems
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive
Nice to Have:
