Our HealthTech client is recruiting their first Senior UX/ UI Designer to join their growing team. You will be leading the design direction for their web and mobile apps ensuring the designs are user friendly, accessible and visually engaging. This is a key hire where you will work closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders across the business crafting amazing digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of the full design lifecycle across both new features and existing products, covering web and mobile experiences.
- Translate ideas into tangible outputs through user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Shape and maintain the overall visual identity and usability of the product, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to bring designs to life, supporting implementation and refining where needed.
- Clearly articulate design thinking and decisions to a range of stakeholders, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Review product builds and provide clear, practical feedback to ensure alignment with design intent and user experience standards.
- Keep a close eye on evolving design practices, tools, and trends to continuously elevate the product experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio across web and mobile products.
- Solid grounding in user-centred design, with the ability to craft intuitive and visually engaging user journeys.
- Strong eye for design fundamentals including typography, colour, layout, and overall attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers, with the ability to bridge the gap between design concepts and technical delivery.
- Hands-on experience with modern design tools (Figma essential, alongside tools like Sketch or Adobe XD).
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Confident communicator, able to explain design decisions and user flows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-sufficient and proactive, with the ability to manage the full design process in a fast-moving environment.
