About the Role

Are you an experienced and passionate Delivery Manager eager to make a real impact?

We\’re seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic company specialising in #tech4good projects aimed at shaping the UK’s digital future. In this full end-to-end project management role, you\’ll be driving the successful delivery of innovative solutions, ensuring our clients achieve impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful delivery of large-scale technical solutions, engaging closely with challenging client stakeholders to ensure impactful outcomes.
  • Lead discovery sessions, conduct workshops, and manage budgets, contributing to bid writing and commercials.
  • Oversee and manage Change Requests efficiently, ensuring all project modifications align with strategic goals.
  • Handle PMO tasks, including documentation and maintaining RAID Logs, fostering a no hierarchy, no red tape environment.
  • Apply Agile and Lean principles to tailor delivery approaches, and lead from the front to meet specific client needs for optimal results.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience managing agile digital delivery programs as a consultant, with hands‑on client engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including contributions to Bid writing, managing Statements of Work, financial forecasting, and budget tracking.
  • Public sector experience is ideal, especially if you have GDS exposure.
  • Ideally, experience in software engineering projects that are Greenfield.
