We’re on the hunt for a strategic and data-led Senior Conversion Executive to join an ambitious analytics consultancy startup. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll leverage research, experimentation, and analytics to uncover insights and drive measurable improvements to their digital performance.

This is a brand-new role, born out of continuous growth and recent client wins. It’s an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative, client-facing environment where every project brings unique challenges and continuous learning is key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CRO strategy for multiple clients - developing testing roadmaps and optimisation plans.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using tools - GA4, MS Clarity, and User Research.
  • Translate research and test results into clear, actionable insights for our clients.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and Data Analysts to implement and validate test ideas.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, test analyses, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture and educate internal teams and clients on the value of CRO.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate this knowledge into client strategies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in a CRO-focused role
  • Proven experience designing and executing CRO programs across multiple industries
  • Advanced knowledge of experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Adobe Target)
  • Strong analytics skills and comfort with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar
  • Understanding of UX principles, behavioural psychology, and digital customer journeys
  • Confident communicator and presenter with the ability to build trust and influence client decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
