We’re currently partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation looking to strengthen its Change function with the appointment of an experienced Change Manager. This role sits within a large-scale transformation environment and will focus on driving successful organisational change across multiple programmes and business-critical initiatives. You’ll play a key role in helping the business embed new ways of working, improve adoption across teams, and ensure change is delivered in a structured, sustainable, and people-focused way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading change activity across complex transformation programmes
  • Developing and delivering change plans across communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption
  • Working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and programme leadership
  • Supporting organisations through process, technology, and operational change
  • Driving engagement and helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working
  • Monitoring change effectiveness, adoption, and business impact
  • Contributing to the development of change frameworks, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering organisational change within large enterprise environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience supporting business transformation programmes
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
  • Experience developing communications, readiness, and training strategies
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent
  • Experience within Financial Services or Insurance environments is highly desirable
