- Budget management, forecasting and spend allocation

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in Paid Performance / Growth / Acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Experience managing paid media budgets with commercial accountability
- Strong analytical skills with GA4 and ecommerce reporting tools

- Background in high-growth ecommerce environments
What they offer:
- Full ownership of paid media strategy and performance
- High level of autonomy and decision-making influence
- Exposure across paid social, search, affiliate and creator channels
- Fast-moving environment where testing and optimisation are encouraged
- Direct visibility to senior stakeholders and commercial outcomes
- Opportunity to shape how a key growth function scales
- A culture that values performance, speed and ideas
