Overview
We’re partnering with a market‑leading client running a high‑profile operational transformation. They need an experienced Project Manager who can deliver business and operational change end‑to‑end - turning strategic requirements into operational readiness, measurable benefits and sustainable ways of working.
Why this role matters
You’ll sit at the intersection of Business and Ops - driving programmes that change how teams operate, how systems integrate with process, and how outcomes are measured. This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone who gets stuff done: planning, coordinating cutovers, embedding runbooks, and making sure technology changes actually stick in day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of operational change workstreams across Business and Ops
- Translate technical requirements into operational readiness (cutovers, training, runbooks, post‑live support)
- Manage RAID, governance, status reporting and programme tracking with clear commercial focus
- Coordinate sprint/release planning and rollout sequencing with Agile teams
- Define and embed scalable operational processes and delivery frameworks
- Engage senior stakeholders, manage expectations and drive timely decision‑making
- Track benefits and report measurable operational improvements
Who we’re looking for
- Proven PM experience delivering business, operational and system‑to‑process change
- Strong track record in operational readiness, process redesign and systems integration
- Confident working with Product, Agile/Scrum teams and technical delivery leads
- Excellent planning, RAID/governance and stakeholder management skills
- Delivery‑focused, proactive, pragmatic and able to juggle multiple priorities
Apply if you’re available for a 6‑month contract and have solid experience delivering business, operational and technology change. We’d love to hear from you. Send a copy of your CV and a short note on a recent operational change you delivered (including measurable results).
