Role Description
The Sales Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Chelsea, London, with a start date in late August.
This role involves welcoming customers, providing attentive and knowledgeable service, and supporting sales on the shop floor.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, managing fitting rooms, processing transactions, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
The Sales Assistant will also help receive, process, and display new stock, keep the store clean and organised, and support online order preparation and click‑and‑collect services when required.
In addition, the role involves sharing product and brand knowledge, championing Loop Generation's commitment to resale and sustainability, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer experience goals.
