This is an on‑site, contract Business Development Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities in luxury residential and commercial construction, build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and manage a structured pipeline of leads. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Preparing and delivering tailored proposals and presentations
  • Collaborating closely with design, project management, and finance teams to align client needs with Loonsal Ltd’s offerings
  • Negotiating terms and supporting contract closure
  • Tracking performance against sales targets
