The predicted salary is between 14.06 - 14.06 £ per hour.
Due to an increase in workload, our Shepperton branch is seeking HGV Delivery Drivers (known internally as Driver Guards).
Pay: Standard pay of £14.06 per hour, rising to £15.06 per hour after probation, plus varying shift pay and London allowance of £2589 per annum (pro rata for part time). When working on HGV routes, drivers are paid at an enhanced rate (£16.09 per hour post-probation) and receive a supplement.

The role: As a Driver Guard, you'll play a key role in our service delivery, representing our business with professionalism and helping to maintain strong customer relationships. You'll be responsible for the secure transportation of cash and valuables between clients and destinations, ensuring high standards of service and safety. You'll complete deliveries with precision, adhere to safety protocols, and perform vehicle checks before each journey to guarantee reliable service. This role requires the post holder to undertake deliveries to a variety of customer sites and can involve physically demanding activities such as walking, bending, lifting and carrying (up to 15kg) multiple times daily, in order to meet the performance standards expected by our customers. About you: This isn't your typical delivery job - to be successful as a Driver Guard at Loomis UK, you'll need to bring more than just driving skills. You'll be dependable, punctual, and great at communicating with customers, colleagues, and the public. Being a team player with a positive, can-do attitude is essential. You'll also need to have a flexible approach to working hours (including weekends and bank holidays) and be happy to adapt to meet changing circumstances. To enable you to carry out your role successfully, we will provide you with full training, your essential kit (including full uniform and Personal Protective Equipment where required), as well as continued development. Security criteria:
- You must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
- You must have verifiable 10-year employment/unemployment/educational history
- You must have a current UK driving licence (Category C1 as a minimum)
