Job Description:

Our Newcastle Cash Centre is looking for Team Leader Cash Processors (known internally as RA2 Cash Processors).

Hours: 40 hours per week (LATE SHIFT – 14:00-22:30) with shift allowances: 10% from 18:00-22:00 and 20% from 22:00-06:00.

The role

As an RA2 Cash Processor, you will lead the team, assign tasks, oversee productivity, and ensure accuracy in counting, recording, and reconciling deposits using high-speed processing machines. Meeting targets while maintaining security, accuracy, and compliance is essential.

Attention to detail and reporting discrepancies are vital.

About you

You should enjoy methodical work, be a confident communicator, have excellent customer service skills, and work accurately. Some management or team leader experience is preferred. You must meet physical demands, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
