We are seeking a commercially driven New Business Manager – Safepoint to join our Commercial team.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Hybrid

The role: As a New Business Manager you will lead the acquisition of new clients and drive revenue growth for the Safepoint product line. This role plays a critical part in aligning market demand with product development strategy. You will be responsible for generating new revenue, feeding market intelligence and customer insights back into the product team to support continuous improvement and competitive positioning. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers, lead commercial negotiations, close new contracts, and work with marketing to support product campaigns and launch initiatives.
Your key performance indicators in this role will be:
- New revenue generated for Safepoint
- Number of new customer acquisitions
- Pipeline value and conversion rate
- Customer feedback quality and actionable insights
- Contribution to product improvement initiatives
About you: This role calls for a commercially ambitious but strategically minded individual with excellent negotiation skills who has a proven track record in new business development and experience selling product-based solutions. You will have strong communication skills, combined with confidence to present to senior stakeholders, and a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.
