We are seeking an experienced Commercial Partnership Executive to join our Commercial team.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Hybrid

As a Commercial Partnership Executive (CPE) you will own and manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-value customer accounts (£50k–£250k annual revenue). The role has full commercial accountability for revenue retention, growth, customer communication, and overall account experience within this segment. Acting as the primary relationship owner, the CPE manages all customer communication — from service-related queries to strategic account discussions — ensuring a seamless and professional customer journey. This is a revenue-generating role with direct impact on portfolio performance and customer satisfaction.
This role calls for a commercially ambitious individual with excellent communication skills who has a proven track record in account management, retention and growth. You will act as a professional ambassador for the business, being the single commercial point of contact for assigned customers. You will have a keen eye for detail, and data analysis will be key, reviewing your portfolio monthly assessing revenue performance, growth pipeline and risks.
