The Role: As a Warehouse Operative (known internally as Storage Team Operative), you will join our warehouse team in their daily duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for all clients. You will have daily contact with Operation, Transport and Storage teams, prioritising work and ensuring internal procedures are adhered to at all times. The successful candidate will be given full training on all equipment and the unique world of valuable cargo logistics.
About You: We're looking for candidates who are:

- Confident - with great communication skills and the ability to cultivate meaningful, positive relationships with both clients and colleagues

Ideally, you'll have experience in warehouse environments, and have attained a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4/A*-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English. However, we're more interested in your passion and drive than the qualifications you have previously completed, so we welcome applications from all academic backgrounds. While we welcome applications from all nationalities, candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Loomis doesn't offer sponsorship.
We also have some specific criteria that you will need to meet:
- You must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
- You must have verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history
