We are seeking a commercially driven New Business Manager Safepoint to join our Commercial team.
Pay: Circa £29,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Hybrid

The role involves leading the acquisition of new clients and driving revenue growth for the Safepoint product line. This role plays a critical part in aligning market demand with product development strategy. You will be responsible for generating new revenue, feeding market intelligence and customer insights back into the product team to support continuous improvement and competitive positioning. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers, lead commercial negotiations, close new contracts, and work with marketing to support product campaigns and launch initiatives.
Your key performance indicators will include:
- New revenue generated for Safepoint
- Number of new customer acquisitions
- Pipeline value and conversion rate
- Customer feedback quality and actionable insights
- Contribution to product improvement initiatives
About you: This role calls for a commercially ambitious but strategically minded individual with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in new business development and experience selling product-based solutions. You will have strong communication skills, confidence to present to senior stakeholders, and a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting. Resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to translate product features into clear commercial value will be vital for this role.
