The opportunity You will join our Forwarding team in their daily duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for all clients. You will have daily contact with the Transport and Storage teams, along with our key clients, prioritising work and ensuring internal procedures are adhered to at all times. The successful candidate will be given full training on all computer systems and customs clearance software. We will give you a in-depth insight into the unique world of valuable cargo logistics. About you Are you up for the challenge? We're looking for candidates who are: Motivated - you're hungry to learn and develop your skills Flexible - you're open to change and adaptable across a variety of situations Confident - with great communication skills and the ability to cultivate meaningful, positive relationships with both clients and colleagues Collaborative - you're an effective performer, both alone and as part of a team Process-driven - able to understand, follow and implement SOPs and company guidelines Ideally, you'll: Have experience in office environments Have excellent attention to detail Have attained a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4/A C (or equivalent) including Maths and English However, we're more interested in your passion and drive than the qualifications you have previously completed, so we welcome applications from all academic backgrounds.
