Due to an increase in workload, our Glasgow Coin Centre is looking for Coin Processors.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £12.81 per hour

Our Coin Processors ensure the safe handling and processing of customers' money in line with customer requirements and company procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of integrity to develop within Loomis UK - one of the market leaders in our industry.
As a Coin Processor, you will be a key member of our team. You will be responsible for making up customer orders using various cash management systems to ensure accurate counting and allocation within our cash centre. You will count, record and reconcile customer deposits to their requirements, utilising our high-speed counting machines. Attention to detail and compliance are vital, as you will be required to identify and report any discrepancies.
To be successful as a Coin Processor with Loomis UK, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, working to a high degree of accuracy. It is essential that you are able to meet the physical demands of the role, as it requires some heavy lifting and can be physically demanding. An honest and trustworthy nature and the aptitude to work as part of a team are crucial, along with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines and strict procedures to always ensure compliance.
We also have some specific criteria that you will need to meet:
- You must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
- You must have verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history
- You must hold a current stacker licence or be able to attend training to attain one
