Loom Talent is currently working exclusively with a West Midlands manufacturing organisation looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, busy and proactive HR team who are navigating an exciting period of change.

Partnering with leaders across the business, you will play a key role in delivering the people agenda, providing commercially focused HR support and helping to drive organisational performance within a workforce of just under 500 employees.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR guidance and support.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver people plans that align with wider business objectives.
  • Support and lead on organisational change initiatives, including restructures, change programmes and workforce planning activities.
  • Work on projects focused on management coaching to build capability across performance management, employee engagement and talent development.
  • Manage ER cases, being the escalation point for more complex cases where required.

Given the nature of the industry, experience of supporting operational or manufacturing environments would be advantageous. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has operated at HR Business Partner level, is confident influencing and challenging stakeholders, and can balance strategic priorities alongside the operational day-to-day. You will be comfortable working onsite 2-3 days per week in West Birmingham and able to commit to a 12-month fixed term contract.
