The Role:

As the Warehouse Shift Manager, you\’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the distribution centre during the late shift. Key duties include managing a dynamic team, ensuring KPIs are met, and maintaining high standards of health & safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the late shift team, ensuring effective performance and staff engagement.
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs, focusing on productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Coordinate with other shift managers to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
  • Manage resources effectively, including staffing, equipment, and stock levels.

  • Proven experience in a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment, at a warehouse shift manager or warehouse manager level for 5+ years.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team in excess of 50+ people.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
