We are working on behalf of a rapidly growing UK retailer to appoint a Transport Operations Manager to lead and scale their in-house transport function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end management of the UK-wide transport operation, including fleet strategy, routing, and people leadership.
  • Drive service performance, cost efficiency, and operational consistency across a multi-channel delivery model.
  • Champion compliance with all relevant transport legislation, health & safety protocols, and fleet maintenance standards.
  • Introduce and optimise routing technologies and transport systems to improve productivity and customer experience.

  • CPC qualified - essential.
