We are working on behalf of a rapidly growing UK retailer to appoint a Transport Operations Manager to lead and scale their in-house transport function.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end management of the UK-wide transport operation, including fleet strategy, routing, and people leadership.
- Drive service performance, cost efficiency, and operational consistency across a multi-channel delivery model.
- Champion compliance with all relevant transport legislation, health & safety protocols, and fleet maintenance standards.
- Introduce and optimise routing technologies and transport systems to improve productivity and customer experience.
