Role: Transport Manager
Location: Motherwell
Shift Pattern: 08:00 – 16:30 (Sunday – Thursday)
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics business who are looking for a strong Transport Manager to take charge of their Motherwell operation.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted to keep the wheels turning, the drivers motivated, and the operation fully compliant.
The role:
- Oversee a busy transport function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain compliance at all times – your CPC will be put to good use.
- Lead, support, and get the best out of your driver team.
- Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, safe, and where they need to be on time.
- Work closely with operations to deliver a reliable, efficient service.
- Deputise for the Site Manager where applicable.
