Role: Senior Bids and Tender Manager Sector: 3PL Contract Logistics Location: UK/Midlands travel Package : £70,000 - £80,000 + £6k Car / Allowance, 15% Bonus Retail, E-Commerce, Fashion and FMCG. This role offers a flexible location across the UK, with midlands travel 2-3 days a week. Key Duties of a Senior Bids and Tender Manager End-to-End Bid Management - Lead the full bid life cycle - from qualification and strategy development to submission and post-submission clarifications. Tender Qualification APMP accreditation would be advantageous. Previous people management or team leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop Tender Managers is desirable Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple complex tenders and competing deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders. A strategic and commercially minded approach, with the ability to improve tender processes, governance and overall bid performance. The Package Salary - £70,000 to £80,000.
