This Regional Sales Manager opportunity is with a well‑established pallet network business looking to strengthen its commercial presence across the North of England. The business is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager who understands the pallet network market and can identify, win and develop profitable freight opportunities. This is a field‑based role with significant autonomy, suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors and creating long‑term commercial partnerships. Working closely with operational teams and the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain function, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across palletised freight services while ensuring customers receive the service levels expected from a premium network provider.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities across pallet network and freight distribution services
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective customers throughout the North of England
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to implementation
- Conducting customer meetings, site visits and commercial negotiations
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and increased revenue within existing customers
