The Company: Loom Talent are proud to have been exclusively appointed to lead the hiring strategy at both a General Manager and Operations Manager for a new site start up in Rugby. Our client, a leading global 3PL contract logistics provider, are actively sourcing experienced Warehouse Operations Managers (x2) with reputable experience across 3PL operations or fast paced Retail / E-Commerce. This is an urgent requirement with a go-live pending therefore on this occasion candidates available at a reduced or immediate notice period would be looked upon favourably.

The hours of this role will be Monday to Friday Days, with working hours typically between 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 - with flexibility required to suit business needs.

The Role: The Warehouse Operations Manager (x2) will play a critical role in designing, maintaining and leading all day to day site based activity across what will be a key UK DC operation in Rugby, Warwickshire. These positions are a truly exciting opportunity for experienced logistics professionals to be at the forefront of operations.
