Loom Talent is delighted to support a client in appointing a Regional Operations Manager.
Our client operates within the fuel sector and has an extensive network of depots and refinery locations across the Southeast. Candidates will be required to travel to the Heathrow and Tilbury sites regularly, as well as ad-hoc travel to other sites.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory compliance, internal audits, maintenance programs, and product quality
Effective management across all sites through engagement and communication with staff and customers
Drive productivity, data analysis, and decision-making to reduce lost productivity and under performance
Overall freight budget and decision making, utilising performance data to achieve KPIs and support business growth
Team recruitment, retention, and training
Requirements
Hold recent Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage Operations β Essential
Demonstrable experience of managing transport operations and dangerous goods operations β Essential
Previous experience of Airside Operations β Advantageous
Experience with modern vehicle technologies β Essential
Ability to demonstrate influential communication skills β Essential
High level of computer literacy and data analysis skills β Essential
Strong demonstrable organisation and planning skills β Essential
