The Company
We\’re working with a UK based leading logistics organisation with sites across the country. Due to an exciting period of change, we are actively recruiting for two Regional HR Business Partner\’s one for the \’north\’ and one for the \’south\’ to join them on a permanent basis. These roles will bridge the gap between the local sites, senior leaders, HR strategy and Human Resources and Personnel team.
These roles support between 12 and 15 cites across the UK encompassing c600 employees within the operations side of the organisation.
What you will be responsible for?
- Establish strong relationships and partner with key stakeholders across multiple UK sites to understand the demand and challenges from the business.
- Manage complex ER casework with the support of the wider HR function.
- Influence key stakeholders and coach them on best practise to ensure a consistent approach.
- Set and roll out strategic projects based on the wider business strategy.
- Support employees and line managers during a period of change, with soft skills support and a focus on culture and engagement.
- Responsible for succession planning, talent management, HR policies, and HR data reporting.
What do we need from you?
The successful candidate for the Regional HR Business Partner opportunity will have the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience operating at business partner level (Human Resources and Personnel)- ideally within a logistics or at least a blue-collar industry environment
- Experience translating a strategic business plan into a people focused strategy.
- Be comfortable with multi-site responsibilities and travel
Benefits Package
- Salary – £50,000p.a. + car allowance
- Hybrid working – 3 days at sites, 2 from home
