Overview


Regional HR Business Partner – Midlands. Loom Talent are working with an international logistics distribution and supply chain organisation. This is a permanent role providing operational HR support to 6 sites, from Manchester down to Oxford.


What you will be doing



  • Establish and embed core HR processes across six sites, including absence management, disciplinary procedures, and performance management

  • Build relationships strong relationship with key stakeholders, adapting the HR approach dependant on the needs of each site.

  • Support site managers with day-to-day people issues, coaching on best practise.

  • Implement and update HR policies and processes, sometimes from scratch!

  • Upskill and support the HR Advisor on process and employment law

  • You will be comfortable with working at an operational BP level initially, with the scope for this to develop.
