PM Warehouse Operations Manager - Ashby-de-la-Zouch - £50,000 - £55,000 + Package The Role This PM Warehouse Operations Manager opportunity is with a well-established 3PL business based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, operating within a fast-paced, customer-focused warehousing environment. The business is looking for a hands-on PM Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the afternoon/evening operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy and customer service standards are consistently achieved. You'll have full responsibility for the shift, leading operational teams while driving a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement. Working closely with the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain function, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the warehouse while supporting the site's continued growth and customer performance. The PM shift offers flexibility, typically operating around 2:00pm - 10:00pm (or equivalent). Key responsibilities Leading the PM warehouse operation, ensuring service, productivity and quality targets are consistently achieved Managing, coaching and developing warehouse leadership teams and operational colleagues Driving a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement across the shift Monitoring warehouse KPIs and implementing initiatives to improve operational performance Managing labour planning and resource allocation to maximise operational efficiency Ensuring Health & Safety, compliance and housekeeping standards are maintained at all times Working closely with transport and the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operational flow Building strong customer relationships and ensuring service level agreements are consistently achieved Leading operational improvement projects to enhance productivity, accuracy and overall site performance Key experience Proven experience operating as a PM Warehouse Operations Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager, Warehouse Shift Manager or Warehouse Manager within a fast-paced 3PL environment Strong leadership experience managing large operational teams in high-volume warehouse operations Experience driving warehouse KPIs, productivity and customer service performance Good understanding of labour planning, operational compliance and Health & Safety best practice Demonstrable success implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives within warehouse operations Experience operating within a Logistics distribution and supply chain environment Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills A hands-on leadership style with the ability to make decisions and drive performance in a fast-paced operational environment
