Loom Talent are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation in Northamptonshire to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a temp ongoing basis.

Joining a friendly and supportive team, this role has been created to help review and strengthen existing payroll processes during a period of growth.

Rather than simply processing a monthly payroll from start to finish, you'll take the lead on checking current processes, identifying improvements and ensuring everything is running as efficiently and accurately as possible.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys payroll but is equally happy getting into the detail and improving the way things are done.

The Role

Support the delivery of the monthly payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

Review existing payroll processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Carry out payroll audits and reconciliations, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant.

Work closely with the wider HR team to resolve payroll queries.

Recommend and implement payroll process improvements where appropriate.

Assist with general payroll administration and provide support to the wider team as needed.

This role would suit an experienced Payroll Specialist who enjoys working in a varied role and has a keen eye for detail.

You'll be confident reviewing processes, happy working independently and able to hit the ground running.

If you are immediately available, looking for a new role and enjoy interim roles where you work at pace and add instant value then we'd love to hear from you
