Loom Talent are partnering exclusively with a business looking to recruit for a brand-new role based out of their site in West Leicestershire. This company is small but mighty and operates in the B2B world within engineering/manufacturing and partners with and supplies some huge name brands in the industry.
This will report into the HR Director and support a business of around 200 employees on a growth journey over the next few years.
- Responsible for all HR policies and updates in line with employment law updates
- Management and delivery of the business HR operations
- HR process improvements business wide
- Management of ER case work – disciplinaries, grievance, absence etc
- Management of the entire employee life cycle from recruitment and engagement to offboarding
- Responsible for all data integrity and HR records (on the HRIS), and line management responsibilities to one HR Admin
- Opportunity to be involved in annual salary reviews, performance plans and general benefits administration
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally with a focus on HR operations
- Working towards CIPD level 5 (or QBE)
- Confident with ER case work and UK employment law
- Experience working in a similar environment (ideally blue collar)
