The business is looking for an experienced Site Logistics Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the distribution operation, ensuring exceptional service levels, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operation, ensuring productivity, quality and service targets are consistently achieved
- Managing and developing operational leadership teams to create a high-performing, customer-focused culture

- Managing labour planning, operational budgets and site performance against agreed KPIs

- Proven experience operating as a Site Logistics Manager, General Manager or Senior Operations Manager within e-commerce, retail distribution or high-volume warehousing
- Experience leading large operational teams within fast-paced fulfilment environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labour planning and operational performance management
- Demonstrable success delivering Continuous Improvement and operational change initiatives
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance service, cost and productivity
