Loom Talent are partnering with a leading global logistics and distribution organisation that continues to experience rapid growth. With multiple UK and international sites, they are now seeking an Operational HR Business Partner to join the team on a permanent basis, supporting their London operation.
This organisation is going through an immense period of growth, this role will suit someone who is comfortable with pace, change and setting up processes and policies from scratch.
The Role:- Provide day-to-day HR support to site leadership, offering guidance on employee relations, attendance management, performance matters and the application of HR policies.
- Work closely with Operations Managers and Shift Leaders to ensure effective workforce planning, succession planning and recruitment are in line with business strategies.
- Coach and influence key stakeholders, promoting best-practice HR approaches and ensuring consistent people management across the site.
- Lead and support employee engagement activity, including communication forums, well-being initiatives and feedback processes that drive retention and a positive employee experience.
- Support and deliver a variety of HR projects and operational change activity, such as shift pattern reviews, restructures, training programmes and ongoing improvements to HR processes.
- Minimum of three years' experience as an Operational HR Business Partner (or equivalent level).
- Experience gained within a comparable environment such as logistics, fulfilment, contract distribution, manufacturing or a similarly fast-paced, operational setting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work on-site and build trusted relationships with operational leaders.
- Happy to ebb and flow with business change and a very fast paced environment.
