  • Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date, ensuring sales activity and customer interactions are captured consistently.
  • Support the onboarding of new members, creating a smooth and welcoming commercial experience from the outset.
  • Work collaboratively with members to review pricing structures, rate cards and cost models, providing valuable commercial insight and support.
  • Promote the organisation's services and identify ways to ensure they continue to meet member needs, market trends and wider business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and help deliver engaging commercial and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor commercial performance and provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership, helping to ensure activities remain aligned with the wider business strategy.

Requirements

  • Experienced in Sales or Business Development, consistently delivering against commercial targets.
  • Previous experience within the pallet network or parcels environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of commercial, financial, and operational performance metrics, including pricing structures, rate cards, and margin management.
  • Experience on-boarding new customers, managing the implementation process, and ensuring a high standard of ongoing customer service.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed commercial decisions in a busy environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex commercial challenges, and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.

The Package:

  • Salary - Up to £60,000 (Dependant on experience). OTE: £80,000 per annum
