Loom Talent are working exclusively on a Senior HR Business Partner role for an SME going through an exciting period of change. With around 300 employees, the business is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can take ownership of both the day-to-day HR agenda and a range of wider people projects.

Reporting to the Site GM, this is a great mix of operational HR and strategic project work, giving you plenty of variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role:

  • Day-to-day operational HR support across a c300-employee blue-collar site, supported by a team of two
  • Management of employee relations cases
  • Partner closely with key site stakeholders, supporting them across a range of HR activities
  • Coach and support managers on HR best practice
  • Line management responsibility for two HR professionals

The business has been through a period of significant change, so they are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of projects across areas including:

  • Change management - both structural and cultural
  • Culture and engagement
  • Leadership development, management coaching and succession planning
  • Business risk change, including TUPE, acquisitions and restructures
