The Role
Working with a portfolio of key accounts, you will combine commercial insight, operational understanding and relationship management expertise to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and service improvement. You will play a pivotal role in analysing customer performance, enhancing forecasting and planning processes, reviewing profitability, and developing tailored logistics and distribution solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
- Lead regular customer review meetings and present performance insights and recommendations.
- Analyse sales, demand, inventory and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Drive improvements in forecasting, planning and stock management processes.
- Review account profitability and support the development of commercially beneficial solutions.
- Develop and present proposals across warehousing, distribution and value-added services.
