About the Role: Looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services / Junior Account Manager to join their Global Client Services Support function. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with 2-3 years' experience in Logistics or commercial roles who is looking to develop within a fast-paced, international environment. In this role, you will act as a central coordination point for data, reporting, and account administration across global accounts. You will ensure Client Services Business Partners have accurate, timely insights to support decision-making, client engagement, and commercial growth. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Transport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Client Services contract tracker, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Produce monthly reports including contract renewal status and forward-looking insights.
- Maintain the cross-sell tracker.
- Manage the pipeline of contract renewals and associated data sources.
- Maintain Client Services data within Salesforce, ensuring consistency and alignment with internal standards.
- Collate, analyse, and distribute NPS data, ensuring results are accurately captured and shared with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and track indexation data, reporting progress to the wider team.
- Prepare monthly service review packs for regional stakeholders.
- Create and update Client Service Account Plans and budget plans in line with departmental requirements.
- Support the creation and coordination of Internal Action Logs (IALs), particularly for complex accounts.
- Take clear, structured minutes during internal and client-related meetings and distribute actions promptly.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams requiring data, reporting, or account-related information.
