Learning and Development Partner Coventry Hybrid working When I take a job description I always try to find the \’selling point\’ or the bit that makes this role exciting/different to everything else out there. Well with this one it is easy – Culture. I am currently working exclusively with a global logistics organisation with a central hub in Coventry. They are looking for an Learning and Development Partner to join them on a permanent basis to join their growing HR function. What you\’ll be doing: Partner with managers to keep role profiles and competencies up to date, ensuring they reflect business needs. Design, deliver, and oversee engaging training programmes – from on-boarding to leadership development – aligned with their business growth strategy. Coach, mentor, and advise managers on the best ways to develop their teams supporting on succession planning and talent development. Source, manage, and maintain relationships with external vendors. Ensure all mandatory training\’s are up to date and collate the training matrix You\’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, work closely with passionate people, and see the real impact of your work across the business.
