The environment and culture are highlighted as a key selling point.Overview Learning and Development Partner to join a global logistics organisation on a permanent basis in Coventry, reporting into the HR function.What you\’ll be doing Partner with managers to keep role profiles and competencies up to date, ensuring they reflect business needs.Design, deliver, and oversee engaging training programmes – from onboarding to leadership development – aligned with their business growth strategy.Coach, mentor, and advise managers on the best ways to develop their teams, supporting succession planning and talent development.Source, manage, and maintain relationships with external vendors.Ensure all mandatory training is up to date and collate the training matrix.You\’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, work closely with passionate people, and see the real impact of your work across the business.What do we need from you At least 3 years in an Learning and Development Partner roleComfortable with the commute to Coventry with the option of hybrid working after probationConfidence and previous experience delivering trainingSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Human ResourcesIndustries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage
