Loom Talent are exclusively supporting the recruitment of a Service Center Manager for a client based in Torquay. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a site leadership role with cross-functional responsibility. While the position is hands-on, you will also manage key customer relationships, providing regular reporting and performance updates. The role offers genuine scope to grow with the business and develop into a senior leadership position over time.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver strong operational leadership across all aspects of the contract, including overall performance, service delivery, customer experience, inventory oversight, financial accountability, and resource management.
- Collaborate with central support teams to develop and implement the agreed operating model, establishing clear strategies and objectives to ensure key performance indicators are consistently achieved.

- Proven experience in developing and successfully delivering strategic and business plans, with the ability to create and implement standard operating procedures.
- A solid understanding of financial management and performance measurement, with strong attention to detail. This will include reviewing and approving expenditure, analysing data, and producing reports to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently convey complex ideas and work effectively with senior stakeholders across internal teams and external organisations.
- Significant experience working within a technical or operational service environment, with a strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and the ability to demonstrate measurable achievements.
What we can offer you
- A competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, with the option to take up to 5 additional unpaid days.
