Warehouse Operations Manager Location: Ayelsford, Kent Salary: £60,000 - £68,000 + package Loom Talent is partnering with a national 3PL and fulfilment business to appoint an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operational performance within a busy logistics environment. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation. Someone who can look at a set of KPIs, understand what is driving performance, identify where things need to change and then take the team with them. It's a great opportunity for an established Operations Manager who is ready for a role with greater responsibility, visibility and influence. What will you be doing? Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and developing operational managers and warehouse teams. Taking ownership of daily warehouse performance, service levels and productivity. Setting clear expectations around operational KPIs and holding teams accountable for delivery. Analysing performance data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement. Driving improvements across productivity, labour utilisation, processes and service. Ensuring effective resource and labour planning across the operation. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service expectations are consistently achieved. Identifying operational issues quickly and implementing practical, sustainable solutions. Supporting the implementation and optimisation of WMS and operational processes.
