Loom Talent are partnering with a fast-growing, international e-commerce retail business that continues to scale at pace across the UK and EMEA. As part of this growth, they are now looking to appoint an HR Business Partner - E-commerce to support a key business unit and play a hands-on role in shaping the people agenda. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys operating close to the business, influencing stakeholders, and building people processes that genuinely support performance, engagement, and growth.
The Role:
- Partner closely with leadership to develop a deep understanding of the business unit, identifying opportunities to improve organisational design, team structures, and ways of working.
- Do a needs analysis on the e-commerce team and understand the needs and wants of the business units, implementing new processes where needed.
- Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle to a headcount of c120 employees in the e-commerce team.
- Work collaboratively with managers to strengthen engagement, improve retention, and continue a positive, high-performance culture.
- Analyse people data to ensure all processes are fit for purpose.
- Support the delivery of HR related projects.
About You:
- 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.
- Experience within a fast-paced, growing environment - e-commerce or retail or as a minimum supported an e-commerce function within a logistics/distribution environment.
